But we have also anticipated and adapted to the evolving food preferences and sensitivities of our customers. As a result, IL FORNELLO was the first Italian restaurant to offer gluten-free pizza and pasta on our menu and, most recently, an extensive and creative Vegan menu that has been extremely successful.
