Every aspect of the Waffy's franchise is laid out for you in this comprehensive guidebook. In addition to serving as a valuable reference tool, you'll use this manual to help train your managers. Site Selection. You'll receive guidelines for choosing an appropriate location for your Waffy's franchise. Comprehensive Web-based support system. Waffy's offers a high level of support services through its password protected franchise Web portal system which provides: Online training videos and "how-to" tutorials Online ordering from suppliers Management tools (forms, break-even analysis spreadsheets) Calendar for critical dates reminder Communication board (with Waffy's team & among franchisees) Ongoing Service and Support. As a valued member of our franchise family, you will receive continuing support and guidance.
