Experience

* First and foremost, do you LOVE burritos? Like, really, really love them? In the platonic, brother/sister sort of way. * Do you have previous experience operating a restaurant? If you do, it's a plus. If you don't, that's perfectly okay too. * Do you like the sound of working with Pancheros to devise a market development plan? And then bringing that plan to living, breathing, burrito-moving life? * Do you have knowledge of the market in which you'll be operating? Wikipedia knowledge doesn't count. * Are you qualified financially? That is to say, do you have a net worth of $750,000? And is $250,000 of that liquid?
