The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Perkins
Restaurant and Bakery franchise is $1,557,975 - $2,742,975. This
includes the $50,000 initial fee paid to the franchisor (unless you are
participating in the Refranchising Program). Under the Company
Restaurant Refranchising Program, in which an existing company-owned
restaurant is transferred to a franchisee, the initial franchise fee is
negotiable and will vary in amount depending on, among other things, the
length of the franchise term and the profitability of the restaurant
(additional information about the Refranchising Program is provided in
the Disclosure Document).
In addition, if you sign a Development
Agreement for three or more restaurants, the initial franchise fee is
$40,000 for the first restaurant, $35,000 for the second restaurant and
$30,000 for the third and any subsequent restaurant(s).
About Boscos
The Restaurant for Beer Lovers
If you are looking for top notch service in a comfortable casual
atmosphere with a unique and interesting menu, it's got to be Boscos.
Our full service restaurant offers a variety of appetizers, salads,
entrees and gourmet pizzas baked in our own wood fired oven. Or enjoy a
delicious omelet with homemade tasso cheese grits while relaxing during
our Sunday Jazz Brunch.
The Boscos signature item, however, is
our specialty Bosco's brewed beer - served with pride. Our guest can
enjoy a wide selection of regular, seasonal, or cask conditioned beers
and even participate in any of our special events including loyalty
programs such as mug clubs or beer police, taste-testings, and
cask-tappings.
Now with multiple locations in operation, Boscos is looking for professionals who
have the skills, background and desire to establish Boscos in other
areas of the country. Ideally situated in a centrally-located
residential setting, the Boscos concept works in either an inline space
or freestanding building, with approximately 7,500 square feet of room
and seating for up to 300 guests. A patio for outdoor dining provides
added appeal.
