We also provide our Franchisees a comprehensive Franchise Operations & Policies Manual, which provides detailed information concerning the development, opening and ongoing operation of your Stricklands Ice Cream franchise. | Training is available throughout the year at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA, or Chicago, IL. You will spend 10 business days learning our system. The training work week is based on fifty (50) hours per week.
