Customers place reservations online. When reservations are made customers select the location, time and the number of entr�es they are interested in preparing. Average cost for 12 entr�es is under $200 (less than $3 per serving). Each entr�e serves 4-6 people and nutritional information is available. Smaller families are able to split meals (providing two sets of the same entr�e, serving 2-3 people). At the store location, customers assemble pre-prepared ingredients and recipes can be tailored to the customer's preferences.
