The ideal franchisee is also an excellent communicator both verbally and written, who has an absolute motivation for success. This individual should also be organized and successful at multi-tasking. It is not necessary to have a teaching background or even fluency in the Spanish language. You will be trained on the various Futura curriculums, our teaching methods, as well as techniques necessary to train your local instructors. Training | Training at our headquarters for four intensive days *Additional training onsite at your location *Monthly conference calls *Unlimited electronic and telephone support. | Prior to opening, the franchisee attends our initial training program that lasts approximately eight days.
