Training

Hands-on experience in operating a Shane's Rib Shack restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia. This covers all facets of operating the Shane's Rib Shack business. A Shane's Rib Shack representative will then assist you at the opening of your first restaurant.

During our six week training program, your team will spend three weeks of hands-on and intensive classroom training at multiple stores in the Nashville area. Two certified trainers will assist you in opening your store. Follow-up compliance and support visits will be made throughout the year.
