Training | Nick-N-Willy's offers a comprehensive 30-day training program. The training program consists of a combination of practical product components and most importantly a primary focus on how to run your Nick-N-Willy's business. Nick-N-Willy's has an established real estate network around the country with real estate professionals situated in many local markets. These specialized individuals are familiar with our site requirements and demographic profile. Your real estate professional will negotiate the best lease terms possible with the landlord and work with you every step of the way. Construction We're with you every step of the way- from site selection to grand opening. We have connections with industry experts and professionals from architects and real estate brokers to contractors and equipment vendors. We will help you manage every facet of the project and avoid all of the common pitfalls so that you can get your store ready quickly and efficiently. We'll also be right there with you at your grand opening to make sure that your team is well trained and that you make a great first impression. Financing We are dedicated to helping you to shop around for your business loan to find the best rates and terms. After you become a franchise owner, Nick-N-Willy's will assist you in preparing the necessary business plans and loan submission information for your bank or financial institution of your choosing. It is very common in the franchising business for a franchise owner to obtain government sponsored business loans for up to 70% of the total costs associated with setting up a franchised business. However, business loans for 50% of total costs are more readily available and are most common. Our franchise program is a natural outgrowth of our commitment to encouraging small business owners and fostering positive relationships with everyone we meet. Together with our franchisees, we will continue to build on the respected brand of The Pizza Press and bring newsworthy pizza to your hometown.
The Pizza Press is seeking single and multi-unit (5+) development partners to bring Newsworthy Pizza to the rest of world. In order to be considered, our franchise team members will meet the following criteria:
- You must commit to spending 100% of your time in the day to day operation of your restaurant(s).
- Alternatively, you may designate an Operating Principal to fill this role. (This person should have at least 10% equity in the franchise or equivalent profit sharing).
- Although experience as a multi-unit owner or operator in QSR, fast-casual or restaurant dining is preferred, it is not necessary.
- You or your Operating Principal should have familiarity with the trade area that you plan to develop.
- You, your Operating Principal and all of your partners must demonstrate the enthusiasm, drive and passion required to operate a

- Including all your partners, you should have a minimum liquidity of $120K (i.e. cash reserves) per restaurant to be developed.
