About Orkin

Commercial and Residential pest management services. International markets now available.

Depending on the size of the territory in which your franchise is located, the initial franchise fee will be between $39,000 and $100,000, which may be discounted if you elect, and the franchisor agrees to, a term for your franchise agreement less than the standard terms set forth in Exhibit 7 or if you operated a pest or termite control business (other than under an Orkin franchise agreement) prior to the signing of the franchise agreement. The estimated initial investment to begin operation of an Orkin Franchise ranges from $84,975 to $231,200. This sum does not include the rent for the business location or other real estate costs or the costs of purchasing any existing customer contracts of the franchisor’s affiliate Orkin, LLC that may be in the territory assigned to you and that you are required to purchase from Orkin, LLC, which may cost in excess of $250,000. Of your estimated initial investment, between $39,000 and $100,000, plus the cost of purchasing such customer contracts, is payable to the franchisor.

About Hydrex

"Hydrex
For Better Health and Happier Living!

After 70 years, we like to think we’ve learned a thing or two about building and managing a pest control company. And with that kind of experience, we’re confident in our ability to show our franchisees exactly how to execute each aspect of their Hydrex business. From marketing and operations to human resources and customer service, we have systems, support and training. For those who understand the immense opportunity in the pest control industry, with a business model that allows you to build a regular, recurring revenue stream, it’s important to realize that pest control is more than just bugs and chemicals. While all our technicians are licensed pest management providers, our franchisees joined the Hydrex team because they understood that there is a vast difference between learning how to perform competent pest control services and building a thriving pest control business.
