About Rigatoni's

At Rigatoni’s they’re all about the pasta! But, it’s not just the pasta... it’s about the sauces too!
Since their sauce recipes go back for at least 4 generations customers will experience their real Italian family traditions.
In May 1996 the small suburban Castro Valley, California community was eagerly awaiting the opening of their very first Rigatoni’s Restaurant.
It’s overwhelming popularity was quickly evident. At Rigatoni’s they specialize in pan-tossed to order pasta. They start with a half-pound of pasta in every dish and then add one of their incredible sauces. Next they top off the dish with variations such as delicious grilled chicken or authentic Italian sausage and savory oven roasted meatballs to bring out the WOW. They feature Ravioli, Lasagna, Tortellini and their mouthwatering Grilled Chicken that is marinated, grilled and topped with fresh sautéed mushrooms.

About Ciao Mambo

Interest in the Ciao Mambo concept is hot. It is not just a popular restaurant, but a unique business opportunity. That is plain to see. The concept, the culture, the food and the money make it an ideal model for franchising. As a fast growing restaurant company with long term goals, our objective is to grow with partners who are after the same things we are, "financially fun food" opportunities. We offer a quality of life approach to the running restaurants, a unique experience for our patrons and an operational and financial model that really works. Many people are gun shy regarding the food business for whatever reason, I'm not. I love it. If you're interested in talking further about our franchising opportunities, I look forward to speaking with you. Send along an email and let's take it from there. I see no reason why we can't have it all. Quality lives, Quality businesses and Quality partners.
