Training

Both classroom instruction and on-the-job training for approximately 50 hours per week. It covers basic principals of management, food preparation, customer service and other details vital to the success of your new business.

241 Pizza will provide an extensive training program covering all aspects of store operations including food preparation, operating policies, equipment maintenance, selling and merchandising, management and financial control, etc. This program is three weeks in duration and is held at one of our designated training stores.

Training is important. Time is taken to ensure prospective franchisees are ready to successfully operate in their market. Successful candidates will undergo an extensive training program at several store locations and incorporates management, marketing and operations. Ongoing operational and marketing support is provided to all franchisees. In addition, specialized Food Cost Analysis reports are prepared free of charge as part of our ongoing and unique franchise support - something no other franchise can boast. Communication is emphasized; our staff are accessible and responsive. Annual franchisee meetings are held to provide additional training and exchange of ideas. Interaction and communication between franchisees is encouraged.
