Training & Support |

Training | - | Rasoee has organized a comprehensive training program for our franchisees. Our training program principally focuses on food preparation, restaurant operations, inventory management and financial / legal obligations required to run a company. The food preparation segment of the program is Rasoee's key advantage in the industry. Our proprietary production systems allow minimum staffing and minimal product knowledge, while delivering award- winning gourmet cuisine within minutes. |
Support | - | Rasoee Chefs and management team are continuously developing new recipes to keep up with current food trends (no trans fats, Omega-3/multigrain Naan breads) in the dynamic world of foodservice. The Rasoee franchise partnership will provide all the tools needed to comfortably run the Rasoee restau- rant throughout the process. We have carefully designed the system in order to allow the franchisee to focus largely on the guest experience and build the business with personal relationships; while the business and food production details run meticulously in parallel. |

Yeung's Lotus Express was developed from the Kelly Yeung's many years of
experience in the full line restaurant industry. His vision was to
offer the quality and service of his full-line restaurants at the price
and speed of quick-service restaurants. The first Yeung's Lotus Express was opened in Miami's Bayside Market Place, overlooking Biscayne Bay.
The grand opening was such a success that Kelly decided to leave the
full-line restaurant business and grow Yeung's Lotus Express. There are
now currently over 40 Yeung's Lotus Express restaurants operating as
company owned, partnership, and franchise restaurants.
We are very proud of our heritage, quality of our product and the market potential of our business. We are looking for individuals to participate in our long-term goal of taking Indian cuisine mainstream in North America and beyond. If you feel you can share our vision and commitment to becoming an industry leader, then being a Rasoee Franchisee could be a great opportunity for you. We encourage you to thoroughly review our franchise information. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to call me at (905) 305-6201, email at [email protected], or visit our website at www.rasoee.com.
