Training We have a 6 week training program in our training center for the franchisee/manager as well as 16 hour training in our center for hourly employees. Additionally, our Training manager will come to your store and assist in training your staff on your site.Training for you and your employees will be provided in existing Al's Pizza restaurants. Our support staff will train you in the many aspects of owning and operating an Al's Pizza franchise. These include staffing, recruiting, advertising, financial controls, employee accountability, facility management, food cost controls, and labor controls.
