Training We have a 6 week training program in our training center for the franchisee/manager as well as 16 hour training in our center for hourly employees. Additionally, our Training manager will come to your store and assist in training your staff on your site.Expect to have in-store training last about a week after construction is completed prior to opening your location. We also offer craft and custom salads for those who are counting calories or watching their carbs. Where available, we encourage bottled beer and single serve wine to be offered.
