About Mayweather Boxing + Fitness
Invest in your future with Team Mayweather. Join our fast-growing and
financially attractive franchise platform. Developed throughout two
decades of Floyd’s career, we have become the most exciting brand in
fitness today. Our franchisees are supported by an industry-leading team
who have built multiple successful fitness franchise brands.
The Initial Franchise Fee is $15,000 to convert an existing
fitness-related business into a Mayweather Boxing + Fitness™ business
(“Conversion Model”) or $39,500 for a new startup business (“Standard
Model”) with protected rights to operate in a specific area as defined
by the franchisor. Additional franchises may be available for those
franchisees who have bought at least one franchise, at a reduced fee of
$29,500 per Franchise.
The total investment necessary to begin the
operation of a Mayweather Boxing + Fitness™ franchise ranges from
$116,000 to $405,000 for a Conversion Model and from $282,000 to
$698,000 for a Standard Model which will depend on a number of factors
which are further discussed in Item 7 of the FDD. Regardless of the model, this
includes $42,485 to $48,825 that must be paid to Franchisor or an
affiliate. This includes the Initial Franchise Fee of $15,000 for a
Conversion Model or $39,500 for a Standard Model (as discussed in Item
5) that must be paid to the Franchisor or affiliate.
The franchisor also
may grant multi-unit development right to qualified franchisees, who
then will have the right to develop a number of Mayweather Boxing +
Fitness™ businesses under a Development Rider. The Initial Franchisee
Fee for the first franchise purchased is $39,500 with the same initial
investment for the Standard Model as described above, plus a
non-refundable Development Fee which is a deposit of $14,500 for each
additional Mayweather Boxing + Fitness™ business to be developed. The
Development Fee is applied to the reduced franchise fee of $29,500 for
each additional Franchise to be developed.
