Training You will learn all aspects of the Gecko Hospitality franchise, including applicant tracking software, proven methodology and systems for identifying suitable hospitality candidates, Client and role playing interaction, and other advanced elements of the hospitality recruiting industry.

We provide a detailed training calendar that covers modules from initial induction for new starters in your team, followed by a series of development workshops/modules throughout the year, through to REC certified qualifications. The costs that will be incurred are limited to; Travel and subsistence REC accreditation examinations (circa �80-�90 per delegate depending on the level of qualification) but these qualifications are optional Any specialist or bespoke Social Media training (Circa �80 per delegate)but these courses are optional

Support Site selection assistance, sales and marketing tools, pre/post grand opening through day-to-day operations guidance, centralized billing and collections.
