About Revland
The estimated initial investment necessary to operate multiple Revland franchises depends on the number of franchises that the franchisor grants you. By way of example, the estimated initial investment associated with operating multiple franchisees pursuant to a Multi-Unit Development Agreement ranges from $384,050 (for 2 franchises) to $981,000 (for 3 franchises) which includes a development fee equal to 75% of the Initial Franchise Fee (for the second franchised business) and equal to 50% of the Initial Franchise Fee (for the third franchised business) that must be paid to the franchisor.
