* A typical Area Development Agreement requires the build out of 15-20 restaurants in 5-7 years. In certain markets, smaller territories and the criteria for such, will be considered on a case by case basis.

* SHARED VALUES -- an insatiable learner who's enthusiastic, humble, friendly and driven; willing to become proficient in all asects of running a Noodles & Company restaurant
* Ability to meet the FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS -- net worth of $5,000,000; liquid cash or available assets $2,000,000
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Noodles &
Company restaurant ranges from $684,000 to $870,000. This includes a
$35,000 franchise fee that must be paid to the franchisor, but does not
include the ongoing cost of buying or renting the business location.
The franchisor also requires a non-refundable development fee of $35,000
for the first Noodles & Company restaurant contemplated to be opened
by you and $10,000 for each additional Noodles & Company restaurant
you have agreed to open under an Area Development Agreement.
