Training | As a new franchisee, you will participate in one of the most comprehensive training programs in the industry. You will start by attending 3 weeks of comprehensive classroom training that covers coffee and tea, our menu, managing a successful cafe, human resources, and much more. Upon completion, you'll spend an additional 3 weeks in your market (whenever possible) working directly in a cafe. Prior to opening your doors, we will help train your staff and assist you in all aspects of opening your store. On-The-Job Training: 144 hours Classroom Training: 86 hours Additional Training: On-the-job training | The Waves training program takes approximately 5 weeks. 3 weeks in our Training Academy, and an extra 2 weeks in-store training in your newly opened location. Support | All throughout the franchise process, you will have the ongoing support and expertise of our staff.
