Successful candidates will undergo an extensive training program at several store locations and incorporates management, marketing and operations. Ongoing operational and marketing support is provided to all franchisees. In addition, specialized Food Cost Analysis reports are prepared free of charge as part of our ongoing and unique franchise support - something no other franchise can boast. Communication is emphasized; our staff are accessible and responsive. Annual franchisee meetings are held to provide additional training and exchange of ideas. Interaction and communication between franchisees is encouraged. | Our web-based computer training programs provides an interactive process to show the skills required for every employee position at our locations. It also includes tests that must be successfully completed before each employee receives hands-on training with a mentor. Because our training is web-based, needed changes or improvements can be enacted by a member of the corporate training staff from anywhere and made immediately available to all stores. We monitor the results of each location to ensure all of our stores are properly using our web based training program.
