Training | We provide an extensive training program to ensure that when your store opens you are comfortable and experienced in all aspects of running your successful business. Our program provides you with 5 days at our headquarters and training facility in Victoria, BC Canada. During the training we teach you what it takes to operate an efficient and successful Sabri Naanwich® Franchise. Our Training program involves extensive in-store training from our experienced trainers. During this period we will train you in everything from Naanwich®, Soup, Beverage and Dessert preparation, scheduling and ordering, customer service, management control systems to the training of your new staff. In addition our trainers will come to your store during the first week of business to help you prepare for your grand opening. You will be assisted in implementing marketing tools to get your name out in the community, will be helped to ensure your employees get comfortable with daily operations, as well as behind the scenes help with scheduling, ordering, and training. | For our franchisees (two persons at most) soup base and broth formulation and preparation food preparation and presentation management of the dining area and the kitchen financial control POS system inventory control etc. training workshops in various forms at irregular intervals to facilitate communication and learning for all of our franchisees. |

Further ongoing support is provided via regular store visits, operational memos that discuss updates and the implementation of best practices among operations and advertising, etc. | After the grand opening of the franchised restaurant, we will visit its business and operation from time to time. Then, based on the inspections results, we will make proper suggestions and require corrections when necessary to enhance the franchisee's profitability. We accomplish this through extensive in-store promotions, coupon placements, press releases, outdoor advertisements (such as transit ads and billboards), radio commercials, and other media vehicles. Our job is created with a specific target market in mind. We work hard to ensure that all ads are targeted specifically to build awareness of the Sabri Naanwich® brand and its benefits. We know from experience! Marketing your store before it opens for business is an important part of your store’s overall success. It is important to us that your store stays busy as soon as it opens! If the general public isn’t aware of your opening, how can they be there!? That is why local marketing at least six week prior to the grand opening is absolutely essential. Upon implementation of our new custom promotional pieces we inform all franchisees of the proper procedures in which to make it work for them, and each time you will receive all of the marketing tools to go with the new promotion. Lunch or Dinner Specials, distributing coupons, running newspaper or radio advertisements, or developing a relationship with a local organization or business is extremely important to the success of your Franchise! | By establishing the System Marketing Fund (1% of total sales of each store, including the corporate affiliates and franchisees), we will consolidate all marketing resources for the most optimized result. It will continue to enhance the brand image through advertisement, promotion, PR event and brand image exposure in order to boost the restaurant's recognition and credibility.
