Training Franchisees enroll in a comprehensive 12-week program to train on all aspects of operations, learning from a seasoned leadership team with 125 combined years in foodservice and franchising.Training encompasses three phases: Phase 1: The Franchise owner(s) and / or manager must complete his or her training successfully prior to the Tutti Frutti Restaurant opening. This training is part of our service and support, but the franchise /owner is responsible for transportation, lodging, and living expenses when applicable. Phase 2: The franchise / owner(s) along with the guidance of our operations team will choose, and prepare the Tutti Frutti staff members and restaurant for a successful opening. Phase 3: Our corporate team will be with you from the onset to help and assure all the Tutti Frutti team members get the training and follow up. This support will be very close and will continue during the first few weeks of opening and will be ongoing during the term of our agreement, although at a lesser frequent rate.
Support J. Christopher's team will support restaurant openings, and once open, dedicated franchise consultants will help restaurant franchisees excel in day-to-day operations to maximize business results.-
