Get In Shape For Women will prove to be the best fitness franchise model in the industry. The small 800-1200 square foot print keeps fixed costs down. The personalized small group training at $19-$29 per session delivers tremendous value, has a much greater market share than personal training alone, and generates more revenue per hour than personal training. I have developed this model so it can be run with the owner and one employee. You heard right, one employee working 40-50 hours per week. The owners don't train at all, they manage and grow their business. Rent and Payroll are the two largest expenses in private training studios. When you can control both of them you will have a business model that financially works.
