Training | * Thorough training in all aspects of the "on floor" Hudsons Coffee operation from register operation to Barista Brilliance. * All aspects of store management including opening and closing the store, shift and people management, weekly stock and labour control and monthly administration. * Information and Technology training covering "on floor" systems including ordering, loyalty and production systems. * Information and Technology training covering "back of house" systems including payroll, cash control, stock control and Accounts payable. * Introduction to recruitment and training. NB: Applicants should be aware that, in order to thoroughly train Franchisees, the program is conducted in Victoria for the 8 week period. | The Waves training program takes approximately 5 weeks. 3 weeks in our Training Academy, and an extra 2 weeks in-store training in your newly opened location.
