Training | With SST, the training never stops. Initially, we have a mandatory, 90 hour training course at our corporate office in Burlington. Once this is completed, we provide daily or weekly assistance via the phone, onsite visits, email communications, and various publications. Assistance is available for as long as you need it. There is no additional cost for this valuable training and assistance. | Our comprehensive training programs cover every aspect of the fitness business, from how to run the billing system to designing workouts and scheduling staff. This training program provides you the solid foundation of knowledge and experience you’ll need to open a thriving D1 Training franchise. Founded in 2001 by former NFL player Will Bartholomew, D1 Training is a
national fitness concept providing programs for all ages that are based
on the five basic tenets of athletic-based training to achieve sport and
fitness goals. Based in Nashville the brand began franchising in 2016
and has more than 30 locations currently open across 24 states and
anticipates more than 75 locations operating by 2019. Named a Top 30 Gym
in America by Men's Health, D1 Training has also received recognition
by the NFL Players Association as well as being endorsed by the National
Academy of Health Medicine.
