It is held at Keyrenter Headquarters in Midvale, Utah (Salt Lake City) and is also referred to as KeyUniversity. It was designed for completion in one week (5 business days). Approximately 27 hours will be spent in the classroom, and 8 hours will be spent shadowing a Keyrenter Property Manager while they are actually on-the-job. Phase II training is delivered in three different stages as follows: Stage 1 - JUST IN TIME TRAINING - Once the business has opened, an onboarding specialist will be appointed to assist with questions for the first 12 weeks to address any question about software and KeySystems. After that, we will always be here to assist during regular business hours and we will respond to questions as quickly as possible. Stage 2 - ONGOING SUPPORT - After onboarding is complete, continued ongoing support in the form of phone and email assistance, conference calls and pre-scheduled webinars will be available.. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. The property management industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the nation. Regardless of whether or not the real estate market is strong or weak, non-owner occupied or investor owned properties require a knowledgeable and capable property management company. With a PMI franchise, you can provide valuable and profitable services to the multi-trillion dollar real estate industry. Property management services include, but are not limited to: advice and assistance in leasing real property, communications with tenant and landlord, collecting rent, setting up and overseeing repair and maintenance contracts and tenant improvement contracts, real estate brokerage services, inspections, paying bills, handling evictions and monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
You don't need a background in real estate or property management to be successful with PMI. We have done the work, tested the procedures and proven that the system works. A PMI franchise allows someone with a little or a lot of real estate experience to build a thriving business using our system. You can totally change careers without years of schooling or apprenticeship or research. PMI does not require that its franchisees have prior property management or real estate experience. Instead of an industry experience requirement, PMI requires that its franchisees are effective at motivating employees, converting leads into contracts, and running the day-to-day operations as efficiently as possible
