Operations PostNet only grants franchises to individuals that are planning on being involved initially as a full-time owner operator. Long term, full-time ownership and operation of the centers are not required; however, initially it is critical because PostNet is a neighborhood business and it is up to the individual store owner to become actively involved in the community to promote the services and products offered. With PostNet, every franchisee offers a core of proven and high-demand services and products through their PostNet Center. However, depending on the needs of the local market and the franchisee's own attributes, other complimentary services that are consistent with the other PostNet offerings may be approved by PostNet. Services, as bookkeeping, advanced computer and database services, and eBay selling services are just some examples of other services and products that PostNet franchisees offer to the public through their PostNet Centers. Initially an owner operator of a franchise will typically have one (1) to two (2) part-time or full-time staff members to help with the operation of the store. As the business grows, and you build a customer base, more employees and staff will be needed. Our highest volume locations have six (6) to seven (7) full-time staff members including the franchisee.-

About EliteProNet

The EliteProNet Opportunity SIMPLIFYING THE CONSTRUCTION BIDDING PROCESS FOR SUBCONTRACTORS & GENERAL CONTRACTORS EliteProNet is a nationwide network of highly qualified subcontractors. Our objective is to find qualified commercial construction projects for small to medium sized subcontractors. We continuously develop relationships with general contractors who use our network of qualified subcontractors to complete their projects. As a franchisee, you will develop an exclusive territory of both subcontractors and general contractors. You will deliver qualified project opportunities from your general contractors to your subcontractors who pay an average monthly fee of $150.00 to $200.00 to be part of the network. Although $200 sounds inexpensive, the volume of customers in your network is what creates a very large RESIDUAL monthly revenue stream. With a network of just 500 subcontractors, your monthly residual revenue stream would average $100,000! Each region consists of 3 territories with an average potential base of 1,000 customers. Most importantly, once you have enrolled and retained a new customer, that one customer will generate thousands of dollars in recurring revenue. The EliteProNet Difference ELITEPRONET HELPS HUNDREDS OF SUBCONTRACTORS GET AWARDED CONTRACTS Construction industry and trends The construction business has changed. General Contractors, like many other businesses, are increasingly using digital communication as the basis for conducting their work. They use email and digital plan rooms instead of the traditional hand shake and a tube of printed plans to hire their subcontractors. EliteProNet has adapted to these trends and offers an easy online application our subcontractors use to connect with thousands of local General Contractors who have projects up for bid. Not only do they have access to multiple projects at their fingertips, but they also have the capabilities of their local Project Coordinator who will help them get awarded the job. EliteProNet is the first company to personally represent subcontractors and bring their experience, work and bids to the attention of General Contractors around the nation. We provide jobs. Not Leads.
