Experience A teaching degree is not required, although it is welcomed. Our educational expert has created top-notch lessons that any smart cookie can teach. We do however, require you to have a passion for education, reading, baking, washing dishes, and of course, children! You do not necessarily need to be a teacher or hold a current teaching certificate to join the Best in Class franchise system. We do look for franchise owners who have Bachelor's Degrees or higher, and some experience in working with children. Franchisees should also have a passion for teaching or working with students, plus the right business/customer relations skills, and a solid work ethic. We also want franchise owners who will be dedicated to the operations and growth of their Best in Class Education Centers.

As part of your franchise fee you and one other person will receive complete training on all aspects of running a successful Hooray for Books franchise.We will provide pre-opening training for franchisees for up to five days at our corporate headquarters, plus up to three days of onsite support during your initial months of operations. Our programs develop concept acquisition, critical thinking, and application of skills. Our math and English curricula follow Common Core Standards, helping prepare students for academic and standardized tests as well as everyday challenges.
