*On site training - Unlike most franchises which require you to come to their location for training, THQ will come to your location and train you after our initial meet & greet in New York City. *Instructor training - We will train your employees and instructors. But, if you think you can handle the job after we train you then it's all yours! Whatever makes life easier for you.

You and two key staff members will receive initial at-home training for up to two weeks in total, covering caregiver training, software training, and more. This will be followed by up to five days of training at our corporate support center, covering additional caregiver and software training, as well as marketing, business management, and other important issues.

Support

*We will provide you with all the logistical documentation, software and supplies that you need to get started. *Based on the successful model we currently use in our home region, we will provide you with the same plan that made us successful. *Equipment purchasing - We will come to your location and assist you in purchasing and setting up your equipment, office supplies and computer software. *Inventory purchasing - We produce and manufacture our own products for our programs and will make your inventory control easy, fast and inexpensive.

A representative of Preferred HealthStaff will spend up to five days with you during your initial months of operation, assisting you and your staff on-site at your local office. Access to all Preferred HealthStaff's trademarks, and our established business model and procedures. A copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your franchise business properly on a day-to-day basis.
