About La Crepe Nanou

La Crepe Nanou has served classic French bistro cuisine since 1983. Our menu features traditional French fare: crepes, cheese fondue, pate, salads, fresh fish, grilled and roasted meats, our signature moules frites, and our delicious dessert crepes. La Crepe Nanou has received numerous accolades. Among these was inclusion in the Top 100 Restaurants in America. The restaurant's friendly and personable service, combined with its quaint, authentic atmosphere, will transport you to the classic Parisian bistro. DECOR The decor at La Crepe Nanou is charming and romantic. Our dining room is designed as a combination of small rooms that each seat between 36 and 48 patrons. Each small room has its own unique look, supplied by different furniture, surface treatments, and artwork. SERVICE Our service is casual and friendly. Most of our patrons are repeat visitors who are treated as if they are family. Though quick, simple, and efficient, our service seeks to exceed the important individual expectations of our patrons. TARGET MARKET Our core target consists of females aged 22-45, while our wide market consists of couples looking for a romantic dinner. We pride ourselves on being the "neighborhood bistro," and warmly welcome our repeat patrons. DESIRABLE LOCATIONS As the neighborhood bistro, we have targeted mixed-use and lifestyle centers. We are also looking for urban locations with an organic neighborhood feel. SIZE A traditional La Crepe Nanou is between 2800 and 3400 square feet and includes an outdoor patio that can seat between 36 and 48 patrons.

Although the SPITZ concept was engineered to appeal to consumers of all ages, where the menu and decor are most relevant is to the Millennial and Gen Zs. To understand why this is so important, you only need to examine those generation’s pursuits and purchasing power. YPulse, the world leader in youth consumer insight, claims that in 2020 Millennials and Gen Z teens have the incredible spending power of nearly $3 Trillion. YPulse also reports that the 73 million U.S. Millennials spend as much as 71% of their monthly expenditures on dining out and take out purchases. Also important to our brand and menu engineering is Nielsen’s 2017 study which found that Millennials purchase foods that harbor a strong social purpose and include multicultural flavors.
