As the volume grows in your clinic, you will add a state-licensed physical therapy assistant as your second provider. The combination of physical therapist and physical therapist assistant is cost effective and provides the best treatment team available for your patients. Both positions can bill insurance; however, only the physical therapist can perform initial evaluations, and re-evaluations. In your ActiveRx Operations Manual, you will receive spreadsheets and labor utilization modeling to show you how to increase your staffing and labor costs as demand increases. | - |
