Experience -

SirVent franchise owners are not required to have prior chimney cleaning and repair or other industry-related experience, but it can be helpful to understand the basics of running a business like ours. In fact, we welcome the opportunity to open a dialogue with existing chimney and dryer vent or other home improvement businesses who wish to add the SirVent system to or convert their current operations. Regardless of your experience or background, we will provide the training and tools needed to effectively operate a quality-focused SirVent business. In general, we are seeking franchise candidates who have good communications and customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to the local community. A solid understanding of business management is also important, and sales skills are also helpful. We expect franchise owners to have adequate capital to invest in the business, and we also expect franchise owners to be directly involved in the daily operations of the franchise business.

About Stampcrete

Stampcrete continues to make a lasting mark on the world of decorative paving

Many can follow, but only a few can lead. P. Michael Fennessy, who owns U.S. patents on how his stamping equipment is manufactured, has continually made an indelible mark on the decorative paving industry for more than 60 years.

His experience goes beyond the commercial arena. P. Michael is the inventor of the American With Disabilities’ Act stamps that are used to create truncated domes on transit platforms and curb cuts on walk ways.

These truncated domes are textured ground surface indicators found on many footpaths, stairs and train station platforms to assist blind and visually impaired pedestrians.
