About Waxing the City
Waxing the City was founded in 2003 by four innovative women with both the
passion and expertise to open a studio dedicated to waxing. The business
grew from a one-room studio in the trendy LoDo neighborhood of Denver, to a regional phenomenon. One studio led to two, two led to two more, and so on.
Waxing the City is now taking convenience to the next level with a global expansion. The
founders are still actively involved today as Waxing the City expands.
From the start, our founders were committed to hiring the best waxing
technicians and making them better. Every licensed esthetician at Waxing
the City completes an extensive training course before they serve
clients. Our approach is so unique that our highly-trained waxers have a
special name: Cerologists.
Dedicated to the art of better body waxing. Head-to-toe services for women and men.
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Waxing the City
franchise ranges from $213,501 to $423,567. This includes $61,667 to
$94,502 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates.
If you sign an Area Development Agreement, you will pay to the
franchisor a Development Fee based upon the number of Waxing Studios you
agree to open, which replaces the Initial Franchise Fee you would have
paid for these Waxing the City franchises.

About Face Foundrie
As a Face Foundrie franchisee you will operate a focused facial bar under the
trademark Face Foundrie offering efficient and effective services,
including 20 to 40 minute facials, lash extensions, waxing, and skincare
products.
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Face Foundrie
Facial Bar is $149,500 to $278,800.
This includes between $52,500 and
$59,500 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates.
The franchisor may also offer you the right to develop two (2) or more
Facial Bars.
You would then sign an “Area Development Agreement” and pay
a Development Fee equal to the sum of $32,500 per Facial Bar you agree

owed for each Facial Bar.
Your estimated initial investment will vary
based on the number of Facial Bar franchises to be developed.
