Backed by over three decades of food, beverage and hospitality experience. Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse delivers proven results by effortlessly blending the line between Fast Casual and Fine Dining.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a franchised Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse Restaurant is between $1,285,000 and $4,010,000. This includes an Initial Fee of $75,000 that must be paid to JIS Franchising LLC.
If you sign an Area Development Agreement, you must also pay JIS Franchising LLC a Development Fee equal to $10,000 multiplied by the number of Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse Restaurants that you develop under the Area Development Agreement and an Initial Fee of $65,000 for each Restaurant you develop in your Territory.
