opening a CityRow Studio as easy for you as possible. We will take you

The total investment necessary to begin operation as a developer under an Area Development Agreement is $303,843 to 510,074 (3 - CityRow Fitness Facilities) and $403,343 to $609,574 (5 - CityRow Fitness Facilities). The area development fee applicable to each CityRow Fitness Facility will be credited toward the initial franchise fee due under the Franchise Agreement for each CityRow Fitness Facility. To qualify for an Area Development Agreement, you must agree to develop two or more Fitness Facilities.

franchises: California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan,
Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota,
Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. Physique57 may not be registered in
all of the registration states and may not offer franchises to residents
of those states or to persons wishing to locate a franchise in those
states. If you are a resident of or want to operate a franchise in one
of these states, we will not offer you a franchise unless and until we
have complied with applicable pre-sale registration and disclosure
requirements in your state.
