This is done under our service marks, trade names, programs, and systems using the names “Ideal Curvessm,” and “Ultimate Contourtm” and the “Ideal Curves” logo. Our franchisees are licensed medical professionals (and business owners who contract medical professionals) who offer, promote and use Ultimate Contourtm devices, Ideal Curves treatment programs, and related products and services for temporary circumference reduction of the abdomen, cellulite reduction, and skin tightening and toning under the Service Marks and our programs and systems (the "Method of Operation").

The total investment necessary to begin operation of an Ideal Curves franchise is $2,075 to $15,500. This estimate is only approximate. The Initial Device Fee Deposit is $1,000 which pre-pays the Device Use Fees related to the first 200 minutes you use of the Ultimate Contour device and is refundable for unused minutes if you terminate the franchise agreement.
