Training
During the construction process, you will undergo one week of classroom training at our training facility in Mississauga and two weeks hands-on training at an established Coffee Culture location. As you open your store, we'll be with you for two more weeks.
This training will cover all aspects of running your restaurant including: Food preparation; ordering inventory; review of operations manuals, hiring assistance, marketing and accounting.
Marketing
Our Marketing Department will create initiatives to assist you in a grand opening and produce promotional materials to help build on the Coffee Culture brand. We provide ongoing marketing programs to assist in driving sales.
Your income potential as a Coffee Culture Franchise entrepreneur depends vastly on many factors. As an entrepreneur, the goals to achieve are related to expanding sales while lowering your operation costs and increasing the quality of your products and or services. Each month your operating costs can include mortgage / rent, supplies for products, staffing, utilities, bookwork, stationary and other items. From one month to the next, you may find your costs fluctuate, but your up-front costs are, for the most part, fixed and they will cover most of the initial setup of equipment, signage and renovations.
