The Meat House does not sell single-unit franchises, so it is not possible to open just one location. Rather, we have chosen to expand by selling area development agreements that require the franchise developer to open a minimum number of locations, typically 4-8 stores in a period of 4 years.

Unique agreements with a 10-24 store footprint are available to multi-unit operators and groups who have demonstrated excellence in regional markets. The program structure is designed to accelerate market economics to scale unit growth as well as brand development.
Qualification Criteria
