You will have up to ten days of training at our corporate location and you will also receive up to three days of pre-opening help at your own location, within 30 days of your beginning operations.

We look for candidates who have a passion for providing great customer service, and having some management or team leadership skills is also important. However, it is not necessary to have previous experience in residential cleaning services. Regardless of your skills or background, we will provide the tools and training you need to run your own Dust Queen business. We do, of course, also expect that you have the right amount of capital to invest in the franchise.
