Our basic service, referred to as Existing Systems Review, is really quite
simple. We review all the services that a business client uses to
communicate, accept card payments, ship product, dispose
of waste, process e-signatures and utilize electronic logging devices.
Our clients are often not familiar with the products and services they
are currently using because of the confusing environment in these areas.
We prepare a professional report summarizing
the services received and costs incurred. We then advise the client
about how to recover overpayments and how to receive equal or improved
service, for less expense. If we find ways to save them money, the fee
is an equal portion of the savings for a 3-year
period! During the term of the contract with the client, we continue to
evaluate their needs and will bring forward additional recommendations
that create additional savings for the client and additional fees for
our Franchisee. Ultimately we're creating a
recurring and perpetual revenue stream with our existing clientele.

The training provided comes in various formats. First of all, there is a 5-day initial training course held at Schooley Mitchell Corporate Office - this training can also be done remotely as well. All new Franchisees are required to take the initial training course before they begin work in a Schooley Mitchell Franchise.This training covers the operations, marketing, sales, business building and relationship building processes that are effective for Schooley Mitchell Franchisees. The course includes basic technical training and more importantly, instruction on the use of our reference manuals. It includes instruction on how to use the continuous training facilities through The Warehouse, our Intranet environment as well as two days of training using the actual software tools including live client cases. Each new Franchisee also receives an intensive first year of Business Development Mentoring and Coaching Program. This one-on-one training is comprised of tips, tools and information about Sales, Marketing, Cost Savings Analysis, Operations and The Warehouse.

Average number of employees: Flexible, mainly owner-operator. Franchisee may maintain a sole practitioner status or build as large as desired. Full-time opportunity.
