Michael Parrella opened his first martial arts school in 1991. In 2009, he used his years of industry experience to start iLoveKickboxing.com, and he began franchising the concept in 2012. iLoveKickboxing.com locations offer group kickboxing fitness classes.

Your live training at our headquarters in Long Island, NY literally covers everything: hiring the perfect staff, creating an amazing atmosphere for your kickboxing members, how to make sales presentations feel more like natural conversations, customer retention, construction and layout challenges and how to overcome them, and a lot more.

Hired a couple of new instructors and want to quickly get them up to speed? Or maybe you want your current instructors to "freshen" up on their skills?

Twice a year we hold complimentary training for all of our franchisees' staff members. For new staff, we'll train them from the bottom up to be the most passionate, knowledgable instructors that they possibly can be.

For "veteran" staff, we'll brush up on their kickboxing technique, their customer-relation skills, sales skills and more.

Our headquarters are open to you for questions and guidance Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm EST. If you have an urgent situation and need attention ASAP, we've got you covered too. There's a special line you can reach.

When you call, you'll be treated with courtesy, respect and consideration. The last thing you'll feel is "brushed aside." We'll spend however much time you need to get the question or challenge you're facing sorted out.
