American Kiosk Corporation (AKIS, Pink Sheets) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Zero's Mr. Submarine Inc., and Robert Chambers, of Elizabeth City, NC have signed an Area Development Agreement for three new Zero's Subs to be opening in Elizabeth City, NC over the next three years. The site for Mr. Chambers' first Zero's Subs is now under construction and it is expected that the first restaurant will be open and operating during the first half of 2006.
