American Kiosk Corporation (AKIS, Pink Sheets) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Zero's Mr. Submarine Inc., and Team Zero's of South Carolina, the Area Representative for the state of South Carolina have signed a territorial agreement for the development of Zero's Subs franchises within the state. Tom Bell, of Marietta, GA, President of Team Zero's of South Carolina and a native of Suffolk, VA has been in the transportation and logistics business for over 30 years and is currently the owner of Team Logistics, LLC. of Atlanta, Ga. Team Logistics is a sales organization that provides transportation, warehousing, distribution and other logistics services for domestic and international clients. Tom is also a graduate of Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina and is currently a member of its Board of Trustees and is Chairman of the School of Business' Board Advisors. He plans to work closely with the Business School's administrators and graduate students, especially in regard to the marketing of Zero's.
