Desert Moon Introduces Southwest Bbq Menu!!

In keeping with its 14-year history of offering guests “A Fusion of Southwestern and Fresh Mexican Flavors,” Fred Kirvan, Director of Brand Development for Desert Moon Fresh Mexican Grille, proudly announces the introduction of four new, limited time, Southwest BBQ Items. “BBQ is a hot item right now and Desert Moon takes pride in keeping up with our Guests demand for high-quality, fresh made food with a Southwest flair,” states Kirvan. Each of these items, BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, served on a fresh Kaiser roll; BBQ Tacos on soft, grilled flour tortillas; the BBQ Chicken Wrap and the Fresh, hand tossed Southwestern Salad with BBQ Ranch Dressing are perfect selections for your summer BBQ cravings. Each item is served with Cornbread (baked fresh daily in each restaurant), Southwest Corn Salad and Sweet, Creamy Cole Slaw. “We’ve taken the best BBQ Flavors from Texas, Kansas City and Memphis and combined them with our unique brand of Fresh Mexican ingredients. The result is a line of flavorful, made to order BBQ items with a Fresh Twist,” says Kirvan.

The special BBQ items will be available through the end of the summer at all 16 Desert Moon locations. The promotion is supported with a local print, e-mail and in some markets, a radio campaign. There is also an array of decorative in-house promotional and point-of-purchase materials to proudly announce the newest items to Guests.
