November 1992 � Received the Canadian Franchise Association's first annual "Award of Excellence in Franchise Relations" (for franchisor/franchisee relations) November 1994 � Received the Canadian Franchise Association's "Hall of Fame" Award (for franchisor/franchise relations) May 1995 � M&M Meat Shops re-enters the Guinness Book of World Records, along with partner J.M. Schneider Inc., for producing the World�fs Longest Sausage at 46.3 km (29 miles). M&M Meat Shops first held the title in 1983.

November 1995 � For the second time in 4 years, received the Canadian Franchise Association's annual "Award of Excellence in Franchise Relations" (for franchisor/franchisee relations). February 1999 � Received the Canadian Franchise Association's first ever "Corporate Citizen Award" for outstanding franchise organizations who demonstrate a genuine concern and support for a community or social group in need.

May 1999 � Received official recognition from the IMAGINE program, an initiative of the Canadian Centre for Philanthropy (for our outstanding fundraising efforts for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of Canada).

December 2001 � Received the award as one of "Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies," as sponsored by Andersen, CIBC, National Post, Queen's School of Business. (This program was created in 1993 to pay tribute to companies that were achieving success despite the harsh economic conditions of the early '90's.) December 2002 � Successfully requalified for the coveted designation as one of "Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies" as sponsored by Deloitte & Touche, CIBC, Queen's School of Business, National Post.

October 2004 � Received 2004 Bronze Award of Excellence (Small Business) from the Canada Awards for Excellence program (presented by the National Quality Institute to organizations that have displayed outstanding performance in the areas of quality and healthy workplaces).

November 2004 � Received Spirit of Leadership Award, sponsored by CIBC.

May 2005 � Received the Canadian Franchise Association's "Corporate Citizen Award" for our charity work with the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of Canada.
