Next Generation Media Honors Franchisees At Annual Convention; 2006 Goals Set

SPRINGFIELD, VA., | Monday, January 09, 2006

Next Generation Media Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: NGMC - News), whose subsidiary, United Marketing Solutions, Inc. (http://www.unitedol.com), is a national leader in the direct mail industry and in franchising, today announced completion of a successful National Conference for its franchisees in San Antonio, Texas. Emphasis at the conference was how to improve sales in 2006 and how to make each individual franchise all it can be.

"We emphasized how franchises can recruit sales people to strengthen their growth," said Richard Malzone, Vice President of Operations. "Franchises with a strong sales team are more productive and more valuable." The conference emphasized how to recruit and hire, how to assess the strengths and weaknesses of each franchise, and how to increase sales margins.

"We were also able to unveil our new computer system supporting our franchises, which will increase productivity and decrease the time between orders and fulfillment," said Darryl Reed, President and CEO. "Our team is very bullish as we head into the New Year." The conference also included the Company's annual awards ceremony: * Franchise of the year: Ed and Cyndi Goldberg, Loudon, Virginia.

* New franchise of the year: Anjali and Raghu Mani, Prince William County, Virginia.

* Sophomore franchise of the year: Greg Harney, Middlesex North, Massachusetts.

* Greatest increase in sales: Tim and Angie Fowler, Greensboro, North Carolina.

Sheila Callo, Northern Virginia, was honored for her 20th year as a franchisee and Steve Herbert and Roger Homan, South Shore, Massachusetts, the Fowlers, the Goldbergs, John and Debbie Seliga, Nashoba and Mystic Valley, Massachusetts and the Margolis Family, Middlesex, Massachusetts were honored for averaging more than 25 advertisements mailed per envelope throughout 2005.
