Contours Express Opens First British Studio

Contours Express, a rapidly growing international women's fitness and weight-loss franchise best known for its weight-resistant equipment and 29-minute circuit training workout, opened its first studio in Great Britain at the end of October to a glowing welcome from the community.

After many months of preparation, Sue Arrowsmith, the franchisee of the 1,300 sq. ft. Aldridge studio, opened her doors to over 100 interested ladies in the first week. "The community is starting to embrace this new concept to fitness and exercise", says Sue. "Women are tired of gimmick diets which don't work and which may be dangerous to their health. Working out for hours on end is also not an enjoyable past-time for many women. We offer an effective no gimmick fitness and weight loss programme designed for women focusing on aerobic fitness, muscle toning and flexibility and a healthy nutritional option for those looking to lose weight. Best of all, the easy to follow fitness programme only takes 29-minutes each session!" What separates Contours Express from its competitors is the friendly environment it creates for ladies and its uncompromising focus on customer service through extensive training to all franchisees.
