Vero Is In For A Treat

Much to my surprise and delight, I read in your paper that an Abbots Frozen Cus�tard franchise is opening in Vero Beach. The original store was in Rochester, N.Y., and people used to stand in a line, around the block, just to buy frozen custard. Since the early years, Abbott's has sold franchises in the Rochester area but I couldn't believe that one is opening right here in Vero.
