Jody Maroni's Opens In Cabazon Premium Outlet Mall

Jody Maroni, the Venice Beach Sausage King, has opened inside the popular Cabazon Premium Outlet Mall food court, serving up his award-winning family recipe sausage sandwiches to hungry shoppers.

The 600 sq. ft. Jody Maroni's, features a full slate of Gourmet Sausage Sandwiches, Hot Dogs, Fries and Charbroiled Hamburgers as well as its patented Breakfast Burritos with Andouille sausage.

"Sausage is life and sustenance," observed the iconoclastic Jody Maroni, who loves to shop for red and gold shoes, his trademark colors "I think the people shopping here recognize a premium product, and quality is something that I live by." Cabazon marks the 20th store in the quick service restaurant company's growing chain, and the second Chelsea Premium Outlet Mall location. Jody Maroni's opened in Camarillo, CA in October. Cabazon is operated by veteran restaurateurs Rick Chancellor and Mo Nariman.

 Jody Maroni sausages are known for their piquant flavors and lean nutritional profiles. Jody gained fame for pioneering the gourmet sausage category with such flavors as Yucatan Chicken and Turkey with Cilantro, Tequila Chicken with Jalapenos, Smoked Chicken Apple and more than a dozen other poultry and pork flavors. The Jody Maroni concept currently can be found in airports, malls, stadiums, arenas and convention centers stretching from California to New York with locations on Venice Beach, Universal CityWalk, The Block at Orange, Camarillo, Howard Hughes Promenade, Cabazon, Long Beach State University, Ontario Mills, South Bay Galleria, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Minneapolis, Detroit, Cleveland, Houston, and Indianapolis. His sausage is also sold at Smart and Final warehouses.
